Juvenile Prosecutions
The Family Court Liaison officer presented -- juveniles as delinquent and -- juveniles
as wayward to the Family Court. -- juveniles required emergency detention at the
Rhode Island Training School. The juvenile arrest book maintained by Detective Derek
Braga can be referred to for the breakdown of the juvenile violations (crimes).
Juvenile Hearing Board
As constituted by Cranston City Ordinance, specifically Chapter 2.72 – Juvenile
Hearing Board, the Juvenile Hearing Board, is authorized to hear cases referred by the
