Pistol without a Permit, Possession of a Handgun by Certain persons

Prohibited, and Alteration of Marks of Identification on a Firearm. Harris is a

documented associate of Bucket West and C-Block street gangs.

Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, vandalism.

• 21RIX1-331-AR Wilton Hill (Providence Superior Full Bench Warrant for FTA

for sentencing on a tech violation on First Degree Robbery charge (PPD)

• 21RIX1-372-AR Troy Mattatall (During the extensive Fugitive Recovery

operation for target Douglas Allen on behalf of the Cranston PD, a target

location was identified, and operations were subsequently conducted there.

Mattatall was wanted by Providence Superior Court for Failure to Appear for

Review for an OSL charge and EGPD Disorderly conduct charge. Allen was

later taken into custody with assistance from the Warwick PD Patrol

Division.

• 21RIX1-373-AR Steven Chousse (During the extensive Fugitive Recovery

operation for target Douglas Allen on behalf of the Cranston PD, a target

location was identified, and operations were subsequently conducted there.

Mr. Chousse was found to be actively wanted by Providence Superior Court

for Failure to Appear for presentment as a violator on a domestic assault

charge. Allen was later taken into custody with assistance from the Warwick

PD Patrol Division.
